 Prior to founding Webb Law Group, LLC, Mr. Webb served as co-founder of Webb & Schtul, LLC and as a partner in the Real Estate and Business Practice Group of Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe, PC, one of Denver’s oldest law firms. Mr. Webb continues his business and real estate practice, serving a broad range of clients including business owners, start up companies, real estate developers, investors and lenders, including resort and golf course developers, owners and operators.
In addition, Mr. Webb has served as legal counsel in the highly specialized areas of entitlements, tax credit investments, private activity bonds, tax increment financing, mixed use development, HOPE VI programs, as well as other equity and/or debt financing mechanisms.
Mr. Webb has demonstrated a track record of closing deals. Over the past 24 years, he has successfully completed numerous real estate and business transactions ranging in value from fifty thousand dollars to fifty million dollars.
Mr. Webb is admitted to practice in Colorado, before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, the United States Bankruptcy Court, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.
